Is it possible to brick my wii with my meny wii homebrew application?

I saw a video on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QsamH8n2Ix4. This looks easy and I do have a hacked wii on 4.0u. I can't seem to get the backup thing on bootmii to work. It always fails. I don't have a backup, but I do want to install this cool theme.

its VERY possible to brick with a theme. if you couldnt install bootmii as a boot 2 then install preloader
