Can you play full Wii games with the twilight hack/homebrew channel?

Yes. It is incredibly easy; just follow the instructions below:
1. Install Wiigator's backup loader from http://gbatemp.net/?act=module&module=bl...
2. You can get the games from Mininova. I recommend the uploader ESPAL from whom I have downloaded eight games with each one having worked perfectly.
3. Use Nero 9 or Imgburn to burn the discs remembering to do so at a low speed. You should also be careful about which discs you use; there is no point in buying cheap supermarket ones as they won't work (I have a bundle of discs from WHSmith that can only be used as coasters). Try Verbatim R -x 16 (not RW) which have worked every time for me.

No, you can not download game for free and play them with this hack as of yet.
