can u download music images or videos from the opera wii browser straight to the wii or is it not supported yet ?

No not yet anyway, any time I have tried downloading anything the wii simply freezes and I have to turn it off then on again.
No, Probably in the future. Nintendo could also make a Music Channel where you can listen to music and buy music!
